OpenGambit attaches particular importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.
Data collected
When creating an account, we collect your username, email address, and a password stored in hashed form via our provider Supabase. During your use of the site, we record your progress in openings (completed lines, training statistics).
Purpose of processing
Your data is used to allow you to access your account, track your progress, and personalize your learning experience. We do not use your data for commercial purposes and do not sell it to any third party.
Legal basis
The processing is based on the execution of the contract between us (creation and management of your account) as well as on your consent, collected during registration.
Retention period
Your data is kept as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all your personal data is deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, port, and object to your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at team@opengambit.fr.
Cookies
The site only uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation (management of your authentication session via Supabase). No audience measurement or advertising tracking cookies are deposited.
